Hello and happy Fun Meal Friday! This week, we will be making Zilli! This meal gets it's name from the Zinc that it gives our body. Zinc is a wonderful vitamin to help our bodies fight colds. Let's get started!

Ingredients

1/4 Cup Sun-dried Tomatoes (soaked for 20 minutes)

3 Large Tomatoes (Diced)

1/2 Avocado (diced)

1/2 Cup of Corn

1/2 Cup of Zucchini (diced)

1/2 cup of Celery (diced)

1/2 cup of Diced Red Bell Peppers

1/2 cup of Mushrooms

1/4 cup of cilantro

1/4 cup of Green Onion

Thyme

Sage

Paprika

Basil

Here's how you make it!

1. Blend your soaked sun-dried tomatoes with your diced tomatoes.

2. Mix in the rest of your ingredients.

3. Enjoy!
