Hey there! Happy #FunMealFriday! This week, we'll be making Ayie! This smoothie gets it's name from the Vitamin A that it gives our bodies. Vitamin A is great for keeping are eye sight strong. Let's get started!

Ingredients:

1 handful of Kale

1 banana

1 handful of White Grapes (the yummy green ones)

1 Tablespoon of Water

Here's how you make it!

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
