Hello and happy #FunMealFriday! This week, we'll be making Quertie. This fun meal gets it's name from the antioxidant quercetin. Quercetin is an antioxidant that helps our lungs stay strong. Let's get started!

Ingredients

1 Apple of your choice ( I used granny smith)

1/2 cup of Coconut Milk

2 tablespoons Cinnamon

1 tablespoon Vanilla

Here's how you make it!

1. Cut your apple up and remove the core. Place in the blender

2. Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth.

3. Enjoy!
